The first chapter out of five in the Shackleton series, shown at the 1708 Gallery (Richmond, VA). Inspired by Sir Ernest Shackleton’s autobiography South, about his famed Imperial TransAtlantic Expedition in 1914, at the start of WW2, which tried unsuccessfully to traverse Antarctica.
